Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Favorite Day Studio — but if something’s not quite right, we totally understand. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

  1.  To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

    • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

  2. Since each piece is handmade with lots of love, please keep in mind:

    • Custom or personalized items are final sale

    • Sale items are final sale

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we’ll make it right!)

To start a return or exchange, just email us at hello@favoritedaystudio.com with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re a small studio, and every order means the world — thank you for your kindness and understanding!

  • All jewelry and home goods are handmade, which means each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, or shape. That’s the magic of handmade — no two pieces are exactly alike!

  • Product photos are meant to show the style and color as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur.

  • Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During busier times (like holidays or special launches), shipping may take a bit longer.

  • We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once your package leaves our studio, but we’ll always do our best to help track it down.

  • Please handle your jewelry and items with care — while we design our pieces to be worn and loved, gentle handling will help them last longer.

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms — and to hopefully spread joy to those around you by finding your own joy each day!

Care Insrtuctions 

AKA how to keep your besties happy.  Each. piece is handmade with care, so please handle each item with care.
For Jewelry: 

  • Keep it dry - Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, or working out. Water and moisture can dull the finish or weaken materials over time.

  • Store it safely - When not in use, tuck your jewelry into a soft pouch or box to prevent tangling or scratching.

  • Be gentle - Your pieces are strong, but delicate — avoid tugging, bending, or tossing them into the bottom of your bag.

  • Polish with love - If your jewelry needs a little refresh, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For gold-filled pieces, a jewelry polishing cloth works beautifully.

Each Favorite Day piece is designed to be loved for years — the kind that gathers memories, not dust. Treat them kindly, and they’ll keep a smile on your face!

Shipping Info

Yay, happy mail is on the way! Every order is handmade, packaged with care, and sent off from our sunny studio on the Central Coast of California. We do our best to get your new treasures to you as quickly (and beautifully) as possible!

  • Processing Time 

    • Each piece is made by hand — please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. During busy seasons or special launches, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated if so.

    • Custom pieces are subject to a longer processing time. 

  • Shipping Options

    • All orders ship via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your happy mail’s journey.

  • Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Orders over $100 ship free (because surprises are fun, but shipping costs aren’t).

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

    • Once your package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of USPS. While we’re not responsible for delays or lost items caused by the carrier, we’ll always do our best to help you locate your package and make things right.

  • SLO Local Love

    • If you’re in San Luis Obispo county, we offer a free pickup option (SLO proper only)! Select "local pick-up" at  leave your phone number in the notes section at check-out. I will reach out to you within 5-7 days to coordinate pickup.

    • Please note, local pickup may take longer, as it requires more coordination.
